Our Team

Our team consists of experienced consultants with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. We are passionate about helping businesses succeed and are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Ryan Drake (CEO) has an extensive and varied background. Being responsible for various positions while completing his BBA degree in Finance at Boise State University, he was a leader whatever his position at the time. After graduating, Ryan was employed in corporate life at a computer manufacturing company where he held several positions from a record-breaking computer builder to a Cost Accountant and an Asset Accountant. From there, he entered the credit union space where he first created the design of the accounting department, two stints as CEO, and over 10 years as a CFO where he was responsible for redesigning the accounting department for better internal customer service, balance sheet management including investing and strategies of lending and deposits while improving and maintaining great exam scores. He also served as the interim CIO for two years while maintaining his CFO responsibilities. Sheryl Drake (VP of Operations Consulting) has served the public her whole life in various roles. She understands people, what motivates them, and how to match their personality with that motivation. She is an expert at assessing social situations and how they affect the lives of others. The founders of One27 Consulting LLC are passionate about creating a renewed thought process for businesses that will elevate their success and help them enjoy the processes required to achieve that success.
